About Lauren Kelley

Born and raised on the Big Island of Hawaii, Lauren comes to Wai Pacific with over seven years of industry experience.

After getting introduced to the real estate business through an internship, Lauren was hired as the executive assistantfor a boutique brokerage. The company’s portfolio was vast, including everything from residential and commercial real estate sales to property management.

Lauren served in that role for four years before obtaining a real estate license of her own. After working in real estate sales and assisting with all the front-facing aspects of brokerage work, she returned full-time to the operational side of the business.

At Wai Pacific, Lauren manages operations for four full-time agents and a marketing director across two islands. She oversees listing preparation, offers, scheduling, and long-term client needs. She also closely monitors the group’s pending sales, which can involve 10-15 properties on a given day.

Outside of her professional life, Lauren enjoys her time spent with family and friends, including her furry friends (she’s a huge animal person!).  A fan of health and fitness, she is also an avid reader, including everything from autobiographies and philosophy to pop culture.
