Nate is the very best, our bar was high because our previous Realtor® was so great, but he exceeded our expectations. He routinely went out of his way to make the buying process as easy as it could be. He has a wealth of knowledge and local connections he even inquired with local officials about building encroachment or setback issues before we even had a chance to ask. I don't typically fill out reviews, but when I do, I do not provide across the board high marks. I have experience with Nate on three of the four categories and he absolutely excels. On the fourth, negotiation skills, we have gone into negotiations on any transaction yet. We will, I'm sure. And, I know he will also excel in that category. Nate continues to communicate with us and provide updates from the Island to us in California. The updates are specific to our situation, but provide a large view of the difficult situation in the islands and in the world.

Nate Gaddis has done an excellent job in selling my home on the Big Island of HI during a very active market. I am super impressed with the staging that he and his company did for the photo display of my home. The photos were beautiful! I remember exclaiming to my husband, I want to buy my house! We had several offers immediately and Nate was able to guide me through the process of a successful escrow with no difficulties. It was pretty seamless.
